    I haven’t eaten any meat for over 4 months :) and before I turned
    vegetarian, I only had meat once a week. I grew up in a vegetarian
    household also so meat has never been a huge part of my diet anyway.

    This is one of my 6 small meals a day and vegetables such as pumpkin
    contains very high amounts of carbohydrates not to mention, as stated
    previously..this is one of SIX meals a day. You have no idea what’s in the
    other 5, I could be eating carb overload!

    Thank you so much! Definitely understand what you’re saying :) Pumpkin
    contains sufficient amount of carbs until I eat the majority of my grains
    at dinner time :) As a vegetarian myself now, I use tofu, soy patties or
    any other type of meat free protein :) x

    I am trying to eat healthier for myself and my family. Your video has given
    me great ideas. I would up the portions of veggies and maybe add some
    fruits because I know my husband and I would still be hungry and end up
    buying something from the vending machine at work lol. Do you eat nuts?
